Marston Court, London

       Project Highlights

  • 34 Units including laundry and management unit

  • Interim housing solution for families and individuals between 1 - 6 people

  • Urban regeneration project to address housing crisis

  • Emergency housing for vulnerable people

London boroughs are in the midst of a housing shortage with a severe lack of space to house vulnerable people. With traditional developments being too cost and time consuming, they sought an alternative solution.

CargoTek was contracted to supply safe and comfortable accommodation to suit families of up to 6 people. Working with QED Sustainable Developments, we supplied 34 units to house up to 122 people in safety and comfort.

The result of this solution means people facing homelessness will be assigned accommodation near to where they are based as opposed to being relocated to another borough away from their family and jobs.
